How Can Energy Clearing Support You?

Regularly clearing away energetic muck is like any other basic hygiene routine. We go out in the world, we get dirty, and then go home to take a shower and brush our teeth. We shower and brush our teeth regularly to stay healthy and take care of our bodies, otherwise we get plaque build up, dirt build up, and who knows what else.

When we go out into the world on a normal day, most of us interact with many people either directly by speaking with them or indirectly just by sitting next to them in the waiting room of a doctor’s office. Even if we don’t intend to, we exchange energy with many of the people we encounter.

Regular energetic clearing doesn’t mean that we’re “dirty” or that we’re “weak” for not being able to keep these energies away from ourselves. It simply a way to clear away whatever we may have picked up that doesn’t belong to us.

It’s also a good way to stay on top of ourselves when we become emotionally triggered. Things that people say or do can cause us to feel unusually angry, sad, or jealous, especially when it’s by the people closest to us. It can turn into an easy habit to stuff it away and continue to ignore our feelings and never address them. But when we have the opportunity to find the underlying cause of our emotional triggers as they come up, we come closer to knowing our true self. We identify less with our defenses and more with who we are at our core.

In this way we can provide preventative medicine to keep ourselves healthy. Rather than taking out the trash after it has built up, we can continuously move forward towards our happiness and goals.
